You understand and agree that AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, may not reflect real-world outcomes, and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for important life decisions. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be free from errors, biases, or limitations inherent in AI technology.
6. Subscription Plans and Payments
AstroClick offers both free and premium subscription plans:
Free Plan
Includes one free astrological reading, limited daily horoscope access, and basic features. Free plan users may be subject to usage limits on AI consultations and certain premium features.
Premium Plan
Provides unlimited AI consultations, full daily horoscopes, unlimited compatibility reports, priority access to new features, and other premium benefits as described on our pricing page.
One-Time Purchases
Certain features, such as individual compatibility reports and palm reading analyses, may be purchased separately without a subscription.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
7. Gift Subscriptions
Gift subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased. Gift codes must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase. AstroClick is not responsible for lost or stolen gift codes. Gift subscriptions cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
8. User Conduct
When using AstroClick, you agree not to:

11. User-Generated Content
By uploading content to AstroClick (including palm images, profile photos, messages, and feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. You retain ownership of your content and may request its deletion at any time. You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit and that it does not infringe on any third party's rights.
12. Referral Program
AstroClick's referral program allows users to earn rewards by inviting others to join the platform. Referral rewards are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the referral program as displayed on the referral page. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time. Abuse of the referral system, including creating fake accounts or self-referrals, will result in forfeiture of rewards and potential account suspension.
